The exhibit consist on a system of customization and production,
the visitors were invited to first play with the interactive digital object and after to experience the 3D printing process thanks to the open frame of a RepRap.
The purpose of the installation was to show the link between virtual environment and material world as well as acknowledged of new computational and fabrication possibilities for designers.
This are the tool I used

A Bracelt generated using Weaire–Phelan structure, a complex 3-dimensional structure representing an idealised foam of equal-sized bubbles. The initial foam has been helicoidal-shaped and slightly distorted to suit a wrist, the final object can be 3D printed in nylon, stainless steel, abs, and other various and fancy materials.

Each stool is designed with a unique series of random triangles generated by an alghoritm, then the wood is cut using a laser and all the triangles are joint toghether with cableties. the result is a lightweight stool with a innovative soft structure.Furniture Design, Product Design, Computational Design2010 -
The aim of the project was to create a contemporary piece of furniture, influenced by technology developments in fabrication methods and computational startegies. The goal for this project was therefore to get rid of old archetypes influenced by well known methods of furniture making. In order to achive aim and goal I’ve been working with digital technology that allowed me to explore novel shapes. The outcome is also the result of practical experimentation with digital fabrication technology such as CNC and other more traditional upholstery methodology.Furniture Design2011 -
The bracelet, made of 223 pyramid, has been generated by an alghoritm.
The shape of each pyramid have been grown randomly and none of them is the same, the structure is light but voluminous.
